Consulting Terms

These terms govern one-to-one educational consulting provided by Luis Andrés-Vázquez, trading as Roxu, to adult consumers.

1. Service

The service is conversational education and consulting about kink communication, consent, boundaries, decision-making, resources, and community navigation. Sessions may include discussion, educational frameworks, practising wording aloud, reflection, and an agreed action plan.

The service is not therapy, medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, couples mediation, physical practice, hands-on tuition, play, or a sexual service. Sessions are clothed, conversational, and professional.

2. Eligibility and fit

You must be at least 18 years old. The free consultation is used to assess whether the service fits your goals and remains within scope. Either party may decide not to proceed.

3. Contract formation

A Cal.com booking for the free consultation does not create a paid contract. A paid contract is formed when the service, price, these terms, the privacy information, and the withdrawal information have been provided to you and you accept the offer in writing or through the designated acceptance process.

4. Format and location

Paid sessions last 90 minutes and take place online or in a private kink-aware space in Berlin. The exact in-person location is confirmed after booking. The location is a professional conversation space and does not change the non-physical scope of the service.

5. Prices and payment

• Single 90-minute session: EUR 120.
• Package of three 90-minute sessions: EUR 320.
• Package of six 90-minute sessions: EUR 600.

Payment is made by SEPA bank transfer and is due before the first paid session unless the invoice says otherwise. Bank details are provided privately on the invoice and are not published on this website. No VAT is charged under Section 19 UStG, the German small-business VAT regime.

6. Consumer withdrawal

If you enter into the contract remotely as a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw. The separate withdrawal information and model form explains how to exercise this right.

If you ask for the service to begin during that period and later withdraw, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied. The withdrawal right may expire after the service has been fully performed only where the legal conditions, including your express consent and acknowledgement, are met.

7. Rescheduling and missed sessions

• More than 48 hours before the appointment: free rescheduling.
• Between 48 and 24 hours: one free late reschedule; later occurrences may be charged at 50% of the session price.
• Less than 24 hours or non-attendance: the session may be charged in full.

If Roxu cancels, you may reschedule or receive a refund for the affected session. These rules do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

8. Packages, termination, and refunds

Packages are intended to be used within six months. A reasonable extension can be agreed in writing. You may end the engagement at any time. Unused prepaid sessions will be refunded after deducting delivered or chargeable sessions at the single-session rate, unless a more favourable mandatory right applies.

Roxu may end the engagement where the work falls outside scope, the working relationship is unsafe, or continuing would not be responsible. Unused prepaid sessions will then be refunded.

9. Confidentiality and data protection

Information you share is treated as confidential and processed as described in the privacy policy. Confidentiality cannot be promised where disclosure is required by law or necessary to respond to an immediate and serious safety situation. No session may be recorded without the express agreement of everyone involved.

10. Client responsibility and outcomes

You remain responsible for your decisions, communication, consent practices, participation in events, and interactions with other people. Educational consulting does not guarantee a particular emotional, relationship, community, or sexual outcome.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where German law does not allow that exclusion or restriction. Otherwise, liability is determined by the applicable law. The service does not transfer responsibility for the client's independent decisions or conduct.

12. Applicable law and consumer protection

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you normally live remain unaffected where they apply.
