Your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to:

It is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period ends. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Effect of withdrawal
If you withdraw, payments received under the withdrawn contract will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice is received. Reimbursement will use the same payment method unless another method is expressly agreed, and no fee will be charged for the reimbursement.
If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount for the part of the service supplied before you communicated the withdrawal.
Starting before the 14-day period ends
If the first paid session or other paid performance will begin within 14 days of the contract date, the acceptance process must capture both statements separately:
☐ I expressly request that Roxu begin providing the agreed service before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended.
☐ I understand that my withdrawal right will expire once the service has been fully performed, provided the legal requirements are met. If I withdraw after performance has begun but before completion, I may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service already supplied.
